Order Cancellation
My Max Hub does not offer a refund or money back Customers makingĀ payment through credit card may cancel their orders within 24 hours of placing the order. The order amount will not be refunded back instead they will be provided a coupon of the same value that can be used to purchase anything from My Max Hub for the next 30 days. My Max HubĀ reserves the right toĀ cancel orders in situations such as:

Incomplete Parcel
We advise our customers to not accept the order if the parcel is damaged or theĀ seal is opened. If the customer receives an incomplete parcel then he/sheĀ should inform our customer care department within 24 hours of receiving theĀ parcel. Any claims made after 24 hours will not be entertained.
